Every option is free on orders from 139 €. Below that the rate depends on the value of the order and is the same for every carrier; the exact amount is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Paying online

The methods offered at checkout. The parcel goes to the carrier once the payment arrives.

Paying on delivery

You pay when the parcel arrives, according to the rules of the carrier you chose.

Collection points

You choose an InPost locker or a DPD Żabka point on the map while placing the order. Lockers are open around the clock; DPD Żabka points keep the shop's own opening hours. How long you have to collect the parcel is set by the carrier and given in its notification.

Dispatch and tracking

Once a parcel is sent we email the tracking number and a tracking link, and the carrier notifies you by text and email when it is ready for collection.
