Terms of sale

1. The seller

iHerb24, an online shop. The seller's full registration details are given with the order confirmation and on the invoice.

2. What is sold

The seller offers peptides, reference compounds, solvents and laboratory consumables through this shop. The materials are supplied for research use only — they are not medicines, dietary supplements or cosmetics, they are not approved as such, and they are not for human or veterinary use. An order is accepted once the shop confirms it, or once the site confirms it automatically.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are set in złoty (PLN) and include VAT. Where the storefront shows another currency it is a conversion at the National Bank of Poland rate, shown for convenience; the amount invoiced is the złoty one. Payment is by the methods offered at checkout, including payment on delivery where it is available for that order. The delivery charge follows the value of the order and is shown in the basket before it is confirmed.

4. Delivery

Parcels are sent within Poland by one of four methods: InPost Kurier, InPost Paczkomat, DPD Kurier and DPD Żabka. The locker or collection point is chosen by the buyer at checkout. Transit times are set by the carrier.

5. Withdrawal, exchange and return

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The right does not cover goods delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned once opened for reasons of health or hygiene. Payment is refunded by the same method, within 14 days.
