We ship with InPost and DPD, and parcels usually arrive within 2–5 working days. An order placed before 14:00 goes out the same working day. Delivery is free over 139 €; below that it starts at 6 € to an InPost locker. You get a tracking number and a tracking link once the parcel is sent.

You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, provided the packaging is unopened and the item is complete and intact. Materials delivered in sealed packaging cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or not what you ordered; the refund goes back the way the payment came, within 14 days of the return arriving.

We supply quantities from a single vial upwards and quote for repeat and bulk orders. Send us the position, the quantity and the delivery address, and we will answer specification and handling questions before the order rather than after it.
